Job Title: Talent Advisor

Role Summary:

The Talent Advisor partners with business leaders to drive talent strategies that support organizational goals. The role focuses on talent management, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement while ensuring alignment with HR policies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and talent requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies.
  • Support leaders in driving business performance through effective people management practices.

Talent Management

  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
  • Support talent review and succession planning discussions.
  • Identify high-potential talent and develop retention strategies.
  • Drive career development and internal mobility initiatives.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on workplace concerns and people-related matters.
  • Manage employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies.
  • Support conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.

Employee Engagement

  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve employee experience and engagement.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Advise leaders on change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Support restructuring, workforce transitions, and business change programs.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and leadership capability.

HR Programs & Compliance

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, benefits, learning, and talent acquisition matters.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Data & Analytics

  • Leverage people analytics and workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend actions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for business leaders on talent and workforce insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of HR Business Partnering, Talent Advisory, HR Ops experience.
  • Strong understanding of Employee engagement, Data analytics, Stakeholder management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
