Your work profile

We are looking for a Workiva / Vermilion Developer with experience in regulatory, financial, and management reporting solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing reporting processes, data integrations, and dashboards that support finance, risk, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Workiva and/or Vermilion platforms.
• Design, automate, and enhance financial and regulatory reporting workflows.
• Gather reporting requirements and work closely with Finance, Risk, and Business stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize data extraction, transformation, and validation processes.
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance through validation and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting enhancements and production support activities.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with Workiva and/or Vermilion Reporting Platform.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience in financial, regulatory, or management reporting.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
• Data validation, reconciliation, and reporting automation experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering skills.

Success Metrics

• Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Python or data analytics tools.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.

Qualifications 

• Education - B. tech or BE
