Your work profile

SAP HR Functional & Business Process Expertise

• Configure and support SAP HCM modules: 
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Time Management (TM)
• Understand and manage end-to-end HR business processes.
• Analyze and optimize upstream and downstream integrations across systems (e.g., Finance, Payroll, external tools).
• Ensure process alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.

IDoc & Integration Management

• Handle IDoc configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Support data exchange between SAP HR and external/internal systems.
• Work on integration issues involving interfaces, APIs, and middleware.

Support & Incident Management

• Manage SLA-based support activities.
• Handle: 
• Incident tickets
• Problem tickets
• Service requests
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain service quality and system stability.

Key skills required

• 3+  years of Experience in SAP HR
• Module Configuration: Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Personnel Administration (PA) (actions, infotypes, enterprise/personnel structures) and Organizational Management (OM) (org structures, matrix organizations, evaluation paths).
• Time Management (TM): Deep understanding of TM configuration, including work schedules, holiday calendars, attendance/absence types, and quota generation rules (schema modification is a plus).
• Business Process Knowledge: Strong grasp of core HR lifecycles, including hire-to-retire processes, organizational restructuring, and time tracking workflows
• Configured and supported SAP PP/DS for production planning, MRP, capacity planning, and detailed scheduling.Collaborated with business planners, manufacturing teams, and IT stakeholders during SAP S/4HANA PP/DS rollout .
• Delivered end-to-end SAP PP/DS implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare

Education: Graduate degree (Science or Engineering)
