Your work profile

• Design and configure end-to-end PP/DS solutions, including Production Planning heuristics, Detailed Scheduling Planning Boards (DSPB), Material Requirements Planning (MRP Live), and Capacity Requirements Planning.
• Map complex manufacturing scenarios (such as block planning, campaign planning, or sequence-dependent setup times) into SAP S/4HANA PP/DS.
• Maintain and optimize master data structures unique to PP/DS, including Advanced Planning Materials, Work Centers/Resources, and Production Data Structures (PDS)
• Lead end-to-end implementation phases including Business Blueprinting, Functional Design Specification (FDS) writing, realization/configuration, and cutover planning.
• Manage testing cycles by designing test cases for Unit Testing, Integration Testing (IT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Drive deployment activities including legacy data migration strategy, initial stock/order loads, cutover execution, and providing hypercare support post go-live.
• Analyze complex supply chain and production constraints to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, capacity bottlenecks, and MRP exceptions.
• Assess existing business processes and translate manufacturing requirements into scalable, standard SAP solutions, minimizing custom developments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (such as MM, SD, PM, and FICO) to ensure seamless integration across the digital supply chain.
• Act as the bridge between IT and the business, collaborating closely with material planners, shop floor managers, and production schedulers to ensure system adoption.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for business users to upskill them on Advanced Planning features and the S/4HANA Fiori interface.

Key skills required

• 8+  years of Experience in SAP PP/DS implementation, support, or rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, MRP and Capacity Planning.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP/DS preferred.
• Ability to analyze production planning issues and provide effective solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Configured and supported SAP PP/DS for production planning, MRP, capacity planning, and detailed scheduling.Collaborated with business planners, manufacturing teams, and IT stakeholders during SAP S/4HANA PP/DS rollout .
• Delivered end-to-end SAP PP/DS implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare

Education: Graduate degree (Science or Engineering)
