Your work profile 

This role is specific to the Tourism & Hospitality  team wherein the selected candidate will be expected to work in a team that provides advisory services to clients working in these sectors.

Typically, the services include supporting clients in managing central/ state level programs/ projects in terms of program management, project management, project preparation, monitoring & evaluation, techno-commercial feasibility studies, financial and economic analysis among others.

The selected candidate is expected to:

·  Demonstrated experience in undertaking or formulating strategies for retail, mall, hospitality or commercial asset operations, with a sound understanding of day-to-day operational and service requirements.

·  Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes for retail, hospitality, mall or similar establishments, including RFP/RFQ preparation, vendor sourcing, bid evaluation, commercial assessment, negotiations and contracting.

· Demonstrated exposure to leasing/rental of retail or commercial spaces, including tenant identification, commercial discussions, lease coordination and tenant onboarding.

· Experience in managing vendors and service contracts, including SLAs, performance monitoring, compliance, issue resolution and service-quality management.

· Prior experience in supporting the commissioning, operationalization, management or turnaround of a mall, retail asset, hotel, mixed-use development or comparable commercial establishment would be preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to independently manage client interactions, presentations and review meeting.

Qualification:

·  Post-graduation (hotel management/ management) with bachelor’s in tourism/ engineering / economics / other relevant

·  6-10 years of relevant experience in in working in hospitality and retail space management

· Willingness to travel to outside of home location for extended periods of time on project-to-project basis is critical

· Excellent business communication (written and oral) skills are critical
