Job Title: Analyst | Oracle Program/Product Management | Bengaluru | Oracle
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the IT PMO.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Update project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
- Help enforce adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
- Provide administrative support for project governance activities.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues to senior PMO staff or project managers.
- Support resource allocation tracking and project financials at a basic level.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in a project support or coordination role (internships count!).
- Basic understanding of IT project lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
