Job Title:  Assistant Manager | Engineering Foundry & Managed Services | Hyderabad | Engineering as a Service/ O

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver SAP solutions across Material Planning, Production Planning,
PPDS, and Warehouse Management functions in an automotive manufacturing context.
• Configure and support:o MM: Procurement, inventory management, vendor scheduling agreements, source
lists, consignment
o PP: BOM, routing, shop floor execution, MRP, capacity planning
o PPDS: Finite scheduling, sequence optimization, resource leveling for production
lines
o EWM: Inbound/outbound processing, storage control, labor management, RF
transactions
• Lead business process design sessions with planning, production, logistics, and
procurement teams.
• Translate JIT/JIS manufacturing and complex material planning scenarios into efficient
SAP processes.
• Integrate SAP PP/PPDS with shop floor MES, automation systems, and quality modules.
• Support implementation of real-time ATP, demand forecasting, and production
scheduling capabilities.
• Deliver detailed system documentation (blueprints, functional specs, test plans, user
guides).
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and simplifying
manual processes.
• Collaborate closely with SAP technical teams (ABAP, Basis) and business SMEs.
• Ensure data integrity and support key master data processes (materials, BOMs, work
centers, vendors).
• Stay updated on S/4HANA innovations in digital supply chain, advanced ATP, and
embedded PPDS.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years SAP functional experience with at least 2+ years in PPDS and deep exposure
to MM, PP, and EWM.
• Demonstrated experience in automotive production environments: JIT/JIS processes,
sequencing, lean production systems.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in:
o Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
o Finite Capacity Scheduling (via PPDS)
