Position Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Lead specializing in the SAP Customer Service (CS) module. The ideal candidate will have up to 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP CS, a strong understanding of service management processes, and a proven ability to lead end-to-end SAP CS implementations and integrations. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that meet organizational objectives. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions. 
  • Configure and customize the SAP CS module, including Service Orders, Notifications, Warranties, Installed Base, and related components. 
  • Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), and FI (Financial Accounting). 
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support during and after SAP CS implementations. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and integration. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS processes, configurations, and integrations. 
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements within the SAP CS module. 
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation activities to ensure system reliability and compliance. 
  • Maintain a strong understanding of service management processes, including repairs, warranties, and service contracts. 
  • Leverage experience with integration points between SAP CS and other SAP modules to optimize business processes. 

 

Educational Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • SAP certification in Customer Service (CS) or related modules is preferred. 
  • Additional certifications or coursework in project management or related SAP modules (SD, MM, PM, FI) are a plus.
