Job Title: Full Stack Engineer
Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team building next-generation products to solve complex business use cases. You will design and implement user interfaces, APIs, and applications that integrate across mobile, web, and direct API experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain products.
- Write production-ready and testable code with full stack ownership.
- Create optimal designs adhering to architectural best practices, considering scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements.
- Apply feedback from code reviews to meet standards.
- Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
- Focus on software reliability engineering standards embedded into development standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in software engineering.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience developing maintainable, extensible, and testable distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Node, NPM, and React framework, producing secure front-end code.
- Ability to implement user interfaces against REST APIs.
- Experience in Microservices/API development using Java/Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing cloud-native applications in AWS.
- Designing low latency applications for scalability and reliability with high throughput.
- Familiarity with open-source technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, etc., and containerization.
- Experience with Jenkins/Cloud Bees, GitLab, Apigee, Istio, Kubernetes, Rancher.
- Understanding of modern and functional programming styles.
- Familiarity with source control management best practices.
- Ability to analyze the bigger picture, identifying and prioritizing across multiple domains.
- Proficiency with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
- Preferred skills in securing applications and containers using certificates.
