Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of our global ServiceNow platform. This role will contribute across multiple modules including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM), while supporting integrations, portal enhancements, automation, and analytics.
The ideal candidate is a platform generalist who can collaborate across teams, build scalable solutions, and ensure adherence to governance and best practices.
Your work profile:
Platform Development
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
- Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, and scripts
- Develop scalable catalog items and request workflows
- Support platform upgrades and enhancements
ITSM & ITOM Support
- Configure Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management workflows
- Support Discovery and Event Management initiatives
- Develop automation for incident reduction and operational efficiency
- Assist in CMDB data quality improvements
IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Support hardware and software asset lifecycle management
- Configure asset tracking workflows
- Assist with normalization and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with procurement and finance stakeholders
Integration Development
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations
- Support inbound and outbound integrations with enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues and improve reliability
Employee Service Center Portal
- Enhance user experience and portal design
- Develop widgets and catalog experiences
- Improve self-service capabilities
- Optimize knowledge article accessibility
Automation & Flow Designer
- Build automated workflows using Flow Designer
- Reduce manual intervention through orchestration
- Support cross-module automation initiatives
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and reports
- Define KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Improve data visualization for leadership reporting
Key skills required:
Required Qualifications
- 9–11 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with:
- ITSM module configuration
- ITOM concepts
- ITAM processes
- REST/SOAP integrations
- Flow Designer
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Service Portal development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD)
- Experience in global enterprise environments
- Familiarity with CMDB governance
- Exposure to Event Management
- Experience with Performance Analytics
