Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Offshore Support Consultant to provide expert support and configuration services for SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. This role focuses on enabling seamless financial operations across multiple locations by supporting inter-company transactions, integrating OpenText and OneSource solutions, and managing group reporting in S/4HANA. The consultant will work closely with onsite teams and business users globally to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory financial standards.

Your work profile:

·         Provide expert support and configuration for SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting with a strong emphasis on inter-company transactions and financial consolidation.

·         Lead or assist in the integration of SAP FICO with OpenText for Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and workflow automation.

·         Support tax automation through OneSource integration, ensuring accurate indirect tax calculations and reporting.

·         Assist in the setup and maintenance of Group Reporting functionalities in S/4HANA, including financial consolidation, reconciliation, and intercompany eliminations.

·         Manage incident resolution, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests in collaboration with functional and technical teams using SAP best practices.

·         Develop and maintain functional specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and conduct system testing to facilitate smooth knowledge transfer.

·         Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams, participating in requirements gathering, design workshops, and integration reviews to support business objectives.

Key skills required: 

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Minimum 7+ years of SAP FICO experience, including hands-on expertise in inter-company transactions, tax procedures, and group reporting configuration/support.

·         Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CA or equivalent professional certification preferred.

·         Proven experience with OpenText integration for document management and workflow automation.

·         Practical knowledge of OneSource integration for indirect tax automation within SAP.

·         Strong familiarity with S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting modules, including financial consolidation and intercompany eliminations.

·         Hands-on experience with Coupa procurement and spend management systems and their integration with SAP FICO modules

·         Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

·         Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in incident management and project coordination.

·         Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and its integration with Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Manufacturing, and Finance processes.

·         Experience with Repetitive, Process, and Discrete Manufacturing, preferably in the automotive sector.

·         SAP certifications in Controlling (CO) or S/4HANA Finance are highly desirable.

·         Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

·         Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
