Your work profile

 

As an Assistant Manager in our Engineering AI & Data Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention of exceeding client expectations.

  

Role Description:  Lead Salesforce Developer – Sales

 

·        Deliver solution design for Sales features for D2C and B2B channels in lead management, Opportunity management and Order management.

·        Define technical approaches for Apex, LWC, and enterprise integrations.

·        Guide offshore developers through sprint planning, estimates, and solution design.

·        Ensure adherence to coding standards, integration guidelines, and architectural principles.

·        Manage integrations with internal systems (ERP etc.) and other custom built microservices

·        Lead production issue triage for Sales Cloud systems.

·        Oversee reusable component frameworks and technical debt reduction.

·        Mentor team on scalable design, Apex performance tuning, and LWC best practices.

·        Coordinate with onsite leads, architects and product managers to align technical direction and design for Sales features

·        Ensure release of readiness and regression stability for Sales Cloud functionality.

·        Drive adoption of Agentforce, Copilot, AI‑powered development practices, prompt engineering standards, and smart coding accelerators to enhance team productivity and technical design quality.

·        Lead team of offshore and onsite engineers for technical delivery

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As a prospective candidate, you should possess:

 

·        Hands-on Development experience (must) in large and fast paced Salesforce environment.

·        Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its architecture, capabilities, and constraints.

·        Experience owning end to end technical design for D2C and B2B sales features including lead management, Order management, forecasting, guided selling, and pipeline automation.

·        Deep understanding of DevOps practices and tools such as Copado and Jenkins, including designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.

·        Experience in building scalable data models, security models, and complex technical solutions for Sales and Sales Operations

·        Hands-on development skills in Apex, LWC and Integration using middleware solution or Events/API

·        Hands on integration experience with corporate applications (SAP etc.) and custom microservices

·        Experience managing a team of 8-10 offshore developers in Agile development.

·        Experience in Agent force, Copilot, AI‑powered development practices, prompt engineering standards, and smart coding accelerators to enhance team productivity and technical design quality.

·        Self-driven and ability to handle ambiguity and escalations.

·        Excellent Stakeholder communication (Written/verbal). Ability to translate business outcomes into technical direction, set expectations and tradeoffs clearly.

 

Desired qualifications

 

•      Bachelor's in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.

•     Salesforce PD1 and PD2 certification.

•     12-15 years of Salesforce Development Experience with at least 3 years as a technical lead.

·        Experience working in Automotive OEM, Retail, or Direct‑to‑Consumer business model

·        Knowledge of observability, logging, and integration monitoring patterns

·        Experience in Sales Analytics and Data Engineering platforms like Tableau, Amazon Redshift and orchestrator tools like Airflow.Experience working with ERP, finance, fulfillment, or logistics systems integrated with Salesforce.

·        Familiarity with lead‑to‑order, approvals, pricing, incentives, or order‑to‑cash workflows

·        Proficiency in modern JavaScript beyond basic LWC usage
