Job Title: Assistant Manager | Engineering Foundry & Managed Services | Hyderabad | Engineering as a Service
Deloitte is hiring for a project associated with a visionary American electric vehicle manufacturer, renowned for pioneering breakthroughs in luxury electric mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, including user/group management, GPOs, and domain services.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including patching, backups, and performance tuning.
- Configure and monitor Azure AD, hybrid identity, and cloud-based services.
- Implement and manage security policies, access controls, and compliance configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, email, file sharing, and system performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades.
- Maintain system documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 7-11 years of experience in a Microsoft systems administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Administrator Associate).
- Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams administration.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools.
