Senior SAP Security Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior SAP Security Analyst to provide expertise in SAP Security and Authorizations across the enterprise landscape. This role focuses on role design, access controls, GRC operations, audit support, and troubleshooting. The analyst collaborates with functional, technical, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure the secure, compliant, and efficient operation of our SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain SAP roles and authorizations
- Execute role design and optimization, adhering to best practices and minimizing risk exposure.
- Manage user provisioning, risk analysis, and emergency access.
- Support security for S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP Cloud Applications
- Troubleshoot user access and authorization issues
- Perform SoD analysis, risk remediation, and enforce compliance with SOX, and internal control frameworks.
- Support user access reviews and sensitive access reporting
- Support system upgrades, and project go-lives
- Develop and maintain security procedures, standards, and role documentation
- Support audit readiness by preparing documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and share knowledge within the organization.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC
- Experience with SAP Access Management and Controls across SAP S/4HANA, GRC, GTS, and SAP Cloud Applications
- Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori security – Catalogs, Groups, Spaces/Pages
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with business and IT
