Job Title: Associate Director | Assurance - Tech Advisory | Hyderabad | Controls Assurance
Key Responsibilities
Delivery
- Help to identify clients to penetrate and delivery of IT SOX compliance assessments, remediation, and attestation services.
- Help to sell and expand the market and lead HITRUST CSF implementation, certification, and ongoing risk‑management engagements.
- Help to connect local clients - domestic IT advisory projects (e.g., ERP quality assurance, global frameworks) ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Team Management
- Build, mentor, and motivate the team
- Define delivery methodologies, best‑practice frameworks, and knowledge‑sharing processes.
Client Relationship & Sales
- Identify and cultivate senior‑level client relationships
- Develop and present proposals, RFP responses, and value‑based pricing models for IT SOX, HITRUST, and broader advisory services.
- Help to achieve and expand accounts through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
Thought Leadership & Market Development
- Publish insights, whitepapers, and webinars on emerging regulatory trends and technology risk.
