The role demands deep expertise across telecom technologies, network architecture, OSS/BSS, regulatory compliance, and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will lead multi-functional teams, manage large-scale telecom programs, optimize network operations, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and innovation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.

12–18+ years of progressive experience in telecom engineering, operations, or network management.

Proven experience leading teams and managing complex telecom programs.

Deep understanding of telecom technologies:

Wireless: 2G/3G/4G/5G, VoLTE, VoNR
Core: EPC, IMS, 5G Core
Transport: IP/MPLS, DWDM, SDN/NFV
Fixed: FTTx, GPON
