Job Title:  Associate Director | Enterprise Architect | Hyderabad | Technology Strategy & Transformation

Role Overview

The Enterprise Architect will provide strategic technical leadership for the design, integration, and delivery of enterprise‑wide solutions, with a particular focus on implementing and optimizing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The role bridges business objectives and technology, ensuring scalable, secure, and future‑ready architecture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Design – Define and maintain the target enterprise architecture, covering application, data, integration, security, and cloud layers, aligned with business goals.
• LOS/LMS Implementation – Lead end‑to‑end implementation of LOS and LMS platforms (selection, customization, integration, migration, and rollout).
• Solution Integration – Design seamless integration patterns (APIs, ESB, event‑driven, micro‑services) between LOS/LMS and core banking, CRM, HR, and other enterprise systems.
• Technology Roadmap – Create and evolve a technology roadmap that incorporates emerging trends (AI/ML, low‑code, SaaS, serverless) for LOS/LMS enhancements.
• Governance & Standards – Establish architectural standards, reference models, and governance processes; enforce compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with business owners, product managers, project leads, and external vendors to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Performance & Optimization – Define performance benchmarks, monitor system health, and drive continuous improvement for LOS/LMS reliability and user experience.
• Mentorship & Leadership – Coach development teams on architectural best practices, design patterns, and DevOps/CI‑CD pipelines.
• Risk Management – Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure robust disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans.

Required Skills & Experience

• Enterprise Architecture: 8‑10+ years of experience, with proven capability to design end‑to‑end solutions across multiple domains; TOGAF, Zachman, or similar certification preferred.
• LOS Expertise: Hands‑on experience implementing LOS platforms (e.g., FIS, Ellie Mae, nCino, Temenos) in banking or fintech environments; knowledge of loan lifecycle, underwriting, compliance, and reporting.
• LMS Expertise: Successful delivery of LMS projects (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors Learning) in corporate or educational settings; familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and learning analytics.
• Integration Technologies: Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs, event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ), iPaaS (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and enterprise service buses.
• Cloud & DevOps: Strong background in AWS, Azure, or GCP; experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Data & Security: Understanding of data modeling, master data management, encryption, identity & access management, and relevant regulations (GDPR, PCI‑DSS, GLBA).
• Project Leadership: Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams, manage large‑scale rollout programs, and work with agile methodologies.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or vendor‑specific LOS/LMS credentials.
