Your work profile
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion applications.
- Work extensively on Oracle Fusion O2C and P2P modules and related business processes.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and recommend solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, and user stories.
- Coordinate with technical and functional consultants during development and implementation phases.
- Support system configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives within Oracle Fusion.
- Analyze incidents/issues and coordinate resolution with support teams.
- Conduct stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement walkthrough sessions.
- Ensure alignment between business processes and Oracle Fusion best practices.

Key skills required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion ERP modules, especially O2C and P2P.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion configurations and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud implementations/support projects.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis.
- Experience handling global stakeholders and large enterprise environments.
