Job Title: Associate Director | Fusion Financials | Hyderabad | Oracle
Role Overview:
As an Associate Director / Senior Manager in the Oracle Fusion Financials practice, you will lead large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs, drive business development initiatives, and provide strategic direction across Finance and Supply Chain workstreams. You will be responsible for defining the solution architecture, overseeing end-to-end delivery, and advising CXOs on finance transformation enabled by Oracle Cloud.
You will play a key role in growing the Oracle practice by leading pursuits, managing delivery excellence, and developing talent within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engagement Delivery & Solution Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials) engagements across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Asset Management processes.
- Define and validate Oracle solution architecture aligned to client’s business requirements.
- Provide strategic direction on Finance transformation, process optimization, and system integration.
- Oversee design workshops, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment phases.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, risk management, and project governance frameworks.
2. Business Development & Practice Growth
- Drive go-to-market activities including proposal development, client presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Build relationships with Oracle and other ecosystem partners to support joint pursuits.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and develop value propositions for Oracle Cloud Finance transformation.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with client leadership (CFOs, Finance Directors, CIOs) to define digital transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SCM, HCM, EPM, Technology Integration) to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Serve as trusted advisor on best practices, emerging Oracle Cloud capabilities, and innovation trends (e.g., GenAI, Predictive Analytics).
4. People & Practice Development
- Mentor and develop high-performing consultants and managers.
- Contribute to knowledge management, asset development, and training initiatives.
- Support hiring, competency building, and thought leadership within the Oracle practice.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 12–18 years of overall experience, with at least 8+ years in Oracle Financials (Fusion/Cloud).
- Proven experience in leading multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Strong domain expertise in Finance processes – General Ledger, AP, AR, Assets, Cash Management, and Expense Management.
- Understanding of integration touchpoints with EPM, SCM, and external systems.
- Exposure to Oracle GenAI, Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR), and related automation capabilities preferred.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a Big 4 or global consulting environment preferred.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred.
- Oracle Cloud Financials Certification(s) preferred.
