Lead digital transformation, HMIS, and EMR implementation projects for private healthcare provider clients from strategy through execution.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, solution design, implementation, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Engage with CXOs, hospital leadership, clinicians, and operational stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technology-enabled solutions.

Develop implementation roadmaps, governance structures, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising business consultants, clinical SMEs, technology partners, and implementation vendors.

Drive business process re-engineering and workflow optimization aligned with digital health best practices.

Ensure integration of HMIS, EMR, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Pharmacy, ERP, and other healthcare applications.

Monitor project progress, budget, timelines, quality metrics, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Support vendor evaluation, solution selection, RFP development, and contract management.

Facilitate user training, change management, adoption planning, and transition to operations.

Identify opportunities for additional digital transformation initiatives and contribute to business development activities.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Deloitte's healthcare practice development and knowledge management.
Key Skills.

12–15 years of experience in healthcare consulting, digital transformation, and healthcare IT implementation.

Proven experience leading HMIS and EMR implementation projects for private healthcare providers.

Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, patient journey, and healthcare business processes.

Experience working with leading HMIS/EMR platforms and healthcare technology vendors.

Demonstrated project management experience across complex, multi-site healthcare engagements.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

MBA, MHA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred
