Your work profile
- Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.
- Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria.
- Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.
Key skills required
- Lead Oracle Integration Strategy
- Drive end-to-end integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) across Fusion and retail platforms.
- Program & Delivery Ownership
- Manage large-scale OCRP (Oracle Cloud Retail Platform) programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Solution Architecture Design
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions for Oracle Fusion and retail systems.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including OIC developers, Oracle Fusion consultants, and support teams.
- Retail & Fusion System Expertise
- Provide functional and technical expertise in Oracle Retail, Oracle Fusion ERP, and supply chain integrations.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
- Performance Optimization
- Identify and implement performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization strategies for integrations and applications.
- Incident & Support Management
- Oversee production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive adoption of new Oracle cloud capabilities, automation, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
