Your work Profile

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) & Oracle Fusion to join our Oracle Cloud practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related Oracle technologies, along with a good understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud functional modules such as ERP, SCM, HCM, or CX.

The role requires a blend of technical leadership, solution architecture, delivery management, and client engagement. The successful candidate will lead Oracle Cloud integration initiatives, drive solution excellence, mentor technical teams, and collaborate with customers and leadership to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

   Lead the technical design and implementation of Oracle Cloud integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

·      Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration architectures aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.

·      Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

·      Provide technical leadership across Oracle Cloud implementation and integration projects.

·      Review solution designs, integration patterns, and technical deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

·      Guide teams on OIC development, Oracle Fusion integrations, and reporting solutions using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.

·      Troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues and provide architectural guidance.

·      Define and promote technical standards, reusable frameworks, and integration best practices.

·      Stay current with Oracle Cloud capabilities and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Delivery Leadership

·      Collaborate with executive leadership on digital transformation initiatives.

·      Own end-to-end delivery across multiple Oracle Fusion implementation and integration projects.

·      Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.

·      Manage delivery risks, dependencies, governance, and executive escalations.

·      Establish delivery standards, methodologies, and implementation frameworks.

·      Oversee resource planning, project financials, and team utilization.

·      Mentor technical consultants and foster continuous learning and technical excellence.

Client Engagement & Presales

·      Participate in client discussions, technical workshops, and solution discovery sessions.

·      Support RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and technical documentation.

·      Lead solution presentations, architecture walkthroughs, and customer demonstrations.

·      Provide effort estimations, delivery approaches, staffing plans, and implementation roadmaps.

·      Partner with sales and account teams to support business development opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

·      12–18 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Oracle Cloud technologies.

·      Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

·     Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, preferably across ERP, SCM, HCM, or CX.

·      Experience designing and implementing Oracle Fusion integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, FBDI, and file-based integrations.

·      Working knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.

·      Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and middleware design principles.

·      Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JSON, XSLT, and web service technologies.

·      Experience leading technical teams and delivering Oracle Cloud implementation programs.

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

·      Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
