AI/ML Engineer 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and deliver Generative AI solutions leveraging Python, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Vector Databases. 
• Develop intelligent AI Agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel to automate business processes. 
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models to improve accuracy, reliability, and business value. 
• Implement MLOps pipelines for AI model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. 
• Establish AI guardrails, security controls, and governance practices to ensure responsible AI adoption. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to architect scalable, production-ready AI applications. 
• Design and deploy ML models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and NLP use cases. 
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and optimization. 
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement processes. 
• Deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments. 

Required Skills: 

• Generative AI & LLMs: Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), build AI assistants, chatbots, and intelligent agents, LLM fine-tuning, evaluate LLMs and AI Workflow Orchestration. 
• AI Agent Development: AI Agent Frameworks including Semantic Kernel, LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen. 
• AI Platforms & Integration: AI API Integration with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini. 
• Cloud Platforms: AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker 
• Model Engineering & Operations: Model Selection & Evaluation, MLOps, Model Deployment, and Performance & Cost Optimization. 
• Data & Knowledge Systems: Vector Databases, Graph Databases and Enterprise Knowledge Retrieval Solutions. 
• AI Governance & Security: Responsible AI, AI Guardrails, and AI Security. 
• Programming & Solution Development: Python-based AI Application Development and Automation. 
• Leadership & Delivery: Technical Leadership, Agile Delivery, Mentoring, and Code Reviews. 

Qualification: 

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

Base location: Hyderabad.
