Job Title: Power Platform Developer
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Power Pages, Power Apps, and leading successful go-lives. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform while ensuring security and compliance standards are met, especially for external-facing portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Pages and Power Apps solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead and support go-live activities ensuring smooth deployment and user adoption.
- Understand and address platform-specific nuances, constraints, and best practices for optimal performance.
- Implement security and compliance measures for external-facing portals, ensuring data protection and access control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Platform applications.
- Document technical designs, development processes, and deployment steps.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Pages and Power Apps.
- Proven experience managing and delivering go-lives for Power Platform solutions.
- Solid understanding of platform constraints, limitations, and best practices.
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for external-facing portals (e.g., authentication, authorization, data privacy).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with custom web application development (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
- Familiarity with Power Automate and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience with Azure services related to Power Platform (e.g., Azure AD, Azure Functions).
Desired qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective internal and external interaction
