Your work profile

Provide end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) support for business users and resolve functional issues within defined service timelines.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EAM/IAM solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Configure SAP S/4 EAM/IAM solutions based on business process requirements.

Identify gaps between business requirements and SAP standard functionality and recommend appropriate solutions, enhancements, or process improvements.

Support SAP implementation activities including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Prepare test scenarios and execute Unit Testing, System Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Provide post-implementation support, verification, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions.

Support asset maintenance business processes including inspections, notifications, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical asset management activities.

Analyze maintenance processes and support effective management of maintenance costs within SAP systems.

Understand SAP transaction flows and evaluate end-to-end financial impacts of business processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration between SAP EAM and other business functions.

Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and process-related deliverables.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize SAP processes and system performance.

Key skills required

•  Minimum 2 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA EAM/IAM suite of solutions.

•  Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 EAM/IAM configuration and implementation activities.

•  Experience in at least one complete SAP S/4 IAM/EAM implementation lifecycle.

•  Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management processes.

•  Knowledge of asset maintenance processes including:

Preventive maintenance

Corrective maintenance

Inspection processes

Maintenance notifications

Repairs and technical object management

•  Understanding of SAP logistics processes including inventory and warehouse management.

•  Basic knowledge of SAP integration points with other modules.

•  Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, configuration, and documentation practices.

•  Ability to analyze business requirements and design SAP-based solutions.

•  Knowledge of financial flows related to SAP transactions and business processes.

•  Proficiency with databases, reporting tools, statistical applications, and logistics systems.

•  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

•  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with teams at all levels.

•  Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-changing business environment.

•  Self-driven, proactive, and motivated with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
