Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP SD processes and integrations
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IDOC failures and ALE issues
- Handle incident, problem, and change management tickets within SLA
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure permanent fixes
- Work on EDI/IDOC integrations with external systems
- Support order-to-cash (O2C) business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, BASIS, Middleware)
- Participate in on-call and night shift support (US time zone)
- Prepare documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transition materials
