Your work profile

We are looking for a Manager with strong experience in regulatory coordination, audit, risk management, and database handling. The candidate will act as a key liaison between RBI and internal banking teams while ensuring compliance, governance, and operational efficiency.

Key Skills Required

• Act as a mediator/coordinator between RBI and the bank for regulatory communications, audits, and compliance matters.
• Manage and support internal/external audit activities, including regulatory audits and observations closure.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and internal policies.
• Analyze risk reports, audit findings, and compliance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with business and technology teams for governance and risk-related initiatives.
• Utilize database knowledge for reporting, analysis, data validation, and MIS preparation.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

• Strong experience in banking regulatory coordination and RBI interactions.
• Hands-on experience in Audit and Risk Management.
• Good understanding of banking compliance and governance frameworks.
• Strong database knowledge (SQL/Oracle/MS SQL or similar).
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and regulatory deliverables effectively.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Commerce, IT, or related field.
