Job Title:  Deputy Manager | Assurance - Advisory | Hyderabad | Controls Assurance

Preferred Skills & Expectations

• Strong understanding of ITGC, ITAC, SOC reports, and working knowledge of audit tools
• Experience across IT Audits, ITGC, SOX/ICFR/IFC, SSAE, SOC 1 & SOC 2, IT Financial Audits, and Business Automated Controls
• Exposure to IT Risk Consulting and other regulatory/compliance audits
• Knowledge of ERPs such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and MS Dynamics 365, including native application controls
• Awareness of the current security threat landscape and information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001)
• Understanding of business process reviews including P2P, O2C, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting
• Awareness of regulatory requirements and international standards (SSAE, ISAE, SOX, ISO 27001) and frameworks (COSO, COBIT)
• Experience in IT compliance and regulatory assessments, IT risk and controls assessments, with exposure to technologies such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or emerging technologies (Cloud, RPA, AI/ML)
• Excellent English communication skills, strong presentation skills, and polished soft skills
• Team management skills are mandatory
