Job Summary

The SAP Delivery Manager for Lucid GCC will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end SAP delivery operations across the GCC region, ensuring high‑quality execution, strong governance, and seamless collaboration with onsite leadership teams. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive operational excellence, enforce Lucid’s culture and standards, and maintain strong alignment between global and regional teams.


Your work profile:

Delivery Leadership

  • Oversee day‑to‑day SAP delivery activities for the GCC region, ensuring all work meets Lucid’s quality, performance, and compliance standards.
  • Partner closely with onsite leaders to align priorities, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution across functional and technical streams.
  • Provide timely, transparent updates to onsite and global leadership teams on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive backlog plan, ensuring clear prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Build and manage a knowledge base to support operational continuity, onboarding, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and manage critical resources, ensuring the right skills are available to support ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
  • Define and execute a structured deployment strategy, ensuring all releases are well‑planned, documented, and coordinated with onsite teams.

Governance & Culture

  • Enforce Lucid’s governance frameworks, delivery standards, and operating procedures across all SAP activities.
  • Champion and reinforce Lucid’s culture, values, and ways of working within the GCC delivery team.
  • Ensure all deployments, enhancements, and support activities follow Lucid’s change management and quality assurance processes.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, stability, and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and delivery practices.
  • Monitor delivery metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions where needed.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact between GCC delivery teams and onsite/global leadership.
  • Facilitate effective communication across cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Provide structured, timely updates on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and escalations.


Key skills required: 

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in SAP delivery, program management, or AMS leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical landscapes across modules such as PP, QM, EWM, MM, IM, SD, and Finance.
  • Proven experience managing distributed teams and working with onsite/offshore delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to enforce governance, drive quality, and manage complex deployments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments preferred.
