Description:

• Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, and system integration skills.
• Proven track record in Pega implementation with a focus on BPM (Business Process Management).
• Experience with various Pega features and rules such as Flows, Activities, User Interfaces, Flow Actions, Agents, SLAs, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, and SOAP services.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full PRPC implementation cycle, including enterprise class structure and rule sets design.
• Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative) and process methodology is strongly preferred.

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices with the ability to implement them within product teams effectively.
• Proven experience in managing third-party vendors to deliver effective solutions.
• Familiarity with operating in large, complex multi-national organizations, facilitating alignment for strategic priorities across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Agility to manage and influence in a virtual, remote, and global organization.
• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience with Pega platforms, ideally in the BFSU industry
• Pega certified LSA certification is a must
• Should have Pega 7+ version CSSA & CLSA certifications 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to application quality, coding, UI, and corporate standards.
• Review alert logs, perform pre-flight checks, and run PAL to maintain system integrity.
• Implement best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding.
• Collaborate effectively with programmers, IT staff, and non-IT functional areas.
• Utilize strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive project success.
