Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage governance frameworks for cybersecurity programs and projects
  • Plan, track, and report on cyber initiatives including risk, compliance, and security improvement projects
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, dependencies, and risks related to cybersecurity programs
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity, IT, risk, compliance, and business teams
  • Develop and maintain cyber project plans, dashboards, and executive reports
  • Ensure adherence to security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Support prioritization of cyber initiatives based on risk and business impact
  • Track remediation activities from audits, risk assessments, and penetration tests
  • Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs for cyber projects
  • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews
  • Ensure consistent project management methodologies across cyber initiatives
  • Support vendor and third-party risk management activities

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience professional with 8+ years, B,tech, Bcom, MBA
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., risk management, IAM, SOC, vulnerability management)
  • Experience in project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical cyber risks into business-focused insights
  • Expertise in reporting, dashboards, and executive-level communication
  • Experience with PMO tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Cybersecurity, IT PMO, or Risk Management roles
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, COBIT)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Cybersecurity certifications (CISM, CISSP – optional)
  • Experience in regulated industries (banking, financial services)
