About the role

 

Based in Hyderabad, India, this role reports to the Lead – Global Transfer Pricing and supports the delivery of our global transfer pricing framework.

As a SpecialistTransfer Pricing, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with international and local tax regulations. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Business Units, to prepare documentation, support audits, and contribute to strategic tax initiatives. What you will be doing

 

  • Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation including Local Files, Master File, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
  • Assist in intercompany pricing calculations and review of transfer pricing agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local tax laws.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and assess potential impacts.
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and remediation of compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure accurate transfer pricing entries in financial reporting.
  • Conduct benchmarking and economic analysis for intercompany transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align transfer pricing policies across the business.
  • Use our global SAP platform to manage transfer pricing data and processes.
  • Assist with quarterly and ad hoc pricing calculations for intercompany transactions.
  • Provide support to the Lead and Manager – Global Transfer Pricing on various strategic and compliance matters.

 

What you will bring

 

  • A professional qualification in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CA/CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in transfer pricing, ideally with Big 4 or multinational experience.
  • Moderate understanding of OECD guidelines and global tax regulations.
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance, and advisory projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
