The Team

Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on ServiceNow.

 

Work you’ll do

 

ServiceNow Developer with 3–5 years of experience in ITSM, HRSD, SPM implementations, enhancements, and BAU support. Hands-on expertise in configuring workflows, catalog items, HR case management, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer and REST APIs. Experienced in gathering requirements, developing solutions, supporting production issues, and delivering continuous improvements in enterprise environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathered and analyzed business requirements across ITSM, HRSD, SPM.
  • Configured and enhanced Incident, Change, HR Case, Demand, Risk, and Work Order workflows.
  • Developed custom catalog items, record producers, and approval workflows.
  • Built automation using Flow Designer to streamline HR lifecycle events, project approvals, risk assessments, and field service tasks.
  • Configured SPM modules including demand intake, project workflows, and resource allocations.
  • Good to have skills on GRC risk & control assessments, issue remediation flows, and compliance reporting.
  • Good to have skills on FSM dispatch logic, work order assignments, and mobile configurations.
  • Developed and supported REST integrations with third-party systems (HR tools, monitoring systems, ERP, etc.).
  • Provided L2/L3 production support, resolving defects, ACL issues, integration failures, SLA breaches, and performance concerns.
  • Assisted in instance upgrades, update set migrations, and regression testing.
  • Created documentation, technical design documents, and runbooks.

 

Key Skills required:

 

  • Education-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules:
    • HRSD: Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Centre, Lifecycle Events, Onboarding
    • ITAM: HAM, SAM
    • SPM: Service Portfolio Management
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams.
