Job Title:  Enabling Areas - IT - DM - Full Stack Developer (Dot Net Core)

The team

The Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience.

Your work profile

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
• Build efficient, scalable, and secure backend services and components.
• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers; perform indexing and query optimization in SQL Server.
• Work with Entity Framework, LINQ, and ADO.NET for data access and ORM operations.
  Develop responsive and user‑friendly UI components using React along with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
  Collaborate with team members using Git/ADO repositories for version control and branch management.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

Skills required 

• Full stack experienced developer having strong technical skills. Good in managing stakeholder communication.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including T-SQL, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and ADO.NET.
• Experience working in React with good knowledge in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in working with version control system (Git/ADO repo).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good to have experience on agile processes.
• Good to have experience in Azure cloud.

Experience required, Any Specific Industry / Company exposure:

8+ years of experience in full stack development

Desired qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
