Manager/Executive Manager - Technology Enablement & AI Transformation

Role Purpose

Drive Propel's technology transformation agenda by partnering with business leaders, clients, DSA teams, and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, process optimization, and technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage/Lead Technology Enablement and business transformation initiatives.
• Gather and manage business and client requirements.
• Drive technology assessments and solution evaluations.
• Support AI and automation initiatives, including Tech Innovation and future AI capabilities.
• Establish PMO governance for strategic technology programs.
• Manage vendor evaluations and technology roadmaps.
• Coordinate business process improvement initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards and transformation reporting.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management.
