Support Talent Advisory function at the client site along with HRBP. The person should be good with Excel and PPT skills
- Program manage the onboarding plan from hiring to KT start date.
- Induction and joining formalities at Deloitte as well as HCA.
- Planning the two-week training agenda with our L&D team and HCA leadership.
- Facilitating the training, monitoring the attendance, and conducting assessments of all trainings.
- Preparing and sharing a detailed report with the Deloitte as we well HCA Leadership twice in a week.
- Conducting and coordinating multiple function wise Webex trainings with HCA leaderships in the US.
