Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (2 to 4 Years Experience)

Role Overview: As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be part of a team responsible for implementing and integrating SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Perform development activities, including development, unit testing, and deployment for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

· Establish and document requirements, develop use cases, and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

· Create preliminary designs and mockups for new functionalities.

· Participate in requirements gathering, configuration design, configuration, and testing for SuccessFactors modules.

· Support integration activities, including SuccessFactors integration with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and third-party systems.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

· 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and SAP SuccessFactors Talent.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

· Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integration using CPI, Integration Center, and third-party systems.

· Experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment and Employee Central.

· Proficiency in requirements gathering, functional specification development, configuration design, and testing.

· Strong documentation skills, including user stories, process flows, wireframes, and user guides.

· Experience managing product backlogs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
