Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid-level Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the development of enterprisegrade

web applications and backend services. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers

while owning features end-to-end and growing into increasingly complex technical responsibilities.

An ideal candidate will:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain frontend and backend features

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable production-ready code

• Build responsive user interfaces and integrate with backend APIs

• Participate in architectural discussions and design reviews

• Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes

• Follow secure coding standards and compliance guidelines

• Collaborate effectively within an Agile development team

• Use GenAI-assisted tools to understand codebases and speed up development

• Participate in code reviews, learning and applying feedback

• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively

• Collaborate with US-based teams across time zones

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) with 4–6 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Experience developing frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue

• Backend experience with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js

• Familiarity with TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices

• Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL / NoSQL)

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD concepts

• Experience with Git-based workflows and Agile methodologies

• Interest in learning scalable system design and cloud-native architectures
