Job Title:           Quality Assurance Analyst

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to support our Global HR In Country Operations Team. This role is responsible for conducting quality audits, evaluating compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and driving continuous improvement initiatives across a globally distributed team. Serving 30+ countries, the role insures high-quality, consistent HR service delivery that aligns with company standards and enhances employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Audits:

  • Conduct regular quality audits of HR admin processes and service delivery across regions.
  • Review workflows, documentation, and communications for SOP compliance and accuracy.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Assess the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of HR admin outputs.
  • Deliver clear, actionable feedback to drive performance improvements.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Prepare quality audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Share quality trends and findings with program leadership during weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.

Compliance Monitoring:

  • Ensure adherence to policies, legal requirements, and data privacy regulations.
  • Identify and flag non-compliance issues and escalate them for resolution.

Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with process owners to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Support implementation of corrective actions to address recurring quality issues.

Training Support:

  • Work with trainers and team leads to address performance gaps.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of training content.

Quality Framework Development:

  • Input to the development of the quality assurance frameworks, scorecards, and evaluation criteria.
  • Regularly review and update quality metrics to align with business goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with regional managers and operations teams to ensure consistent quality standards.
  • Facilitate discussions to address quality challenges and resolutions.

Employee Experience Enhancement:

  • Evaluate the impact of service delivery quality on employee satisfaction.
  • Propose initiatives to improve the overall employee experience.

Continuous Learning and Best Practices:

  • Stay updated on best practices, QA trends, tools and HR service innovations.
  • Introduce new methodologies to strengthen the quality program.

Qualifications:

Education:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

·      Minimum 2 years in a quality assurance or process excellence role within a shared services or HR operations environment.

·      Familiarity with HR processes, service delivery metrics, and quality standards.

·      Experience with global teams and service delivery models preferred.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

·      Strong data analysis and root cause identification capabilities.

·      Proficiency in quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and audit techniques.

·      Skilled in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and reporting platforms.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

·      Excellent verbal and written communication.

·      Ability to deliver constructive feedback and influence stakeholders.

·      Strong collaboration skills in a multicultural, global setting.

Organisation Skills

·      Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
