Key Responsibilities
- Perform all development activities, including development, unit testing, and deployment for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Document current and future (To-be) business processes and assist in developing strategies and solutions to meet business needs.
- Establish and clearly document requirements, develop use cases, and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and refine preliminary designs and mockups for new functionalities; develop flowcharts, functional diagrams, and detailed descriptions to communicate application design specifications.
- Participate in requirements gathering, configuration design, configuration, and testing for SuccessFactors modules ( Employee Central, etc.).
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, feature descriptions, process flows, analysis models, journey maps, wireframes, and user guides.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and deliver optimal solutions.
- Shadow customers to gain an understanding of HR and Payroll Processes to support these teams effectively
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR or a related field.
- 6–7 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and SAP SuccessFactors
. - At least two full life-cycle SAP SuccessFactors integration implementations.
- Experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment cycle Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation and Learning.
- Proficiency in business process re-engineering, requirements gathering, functional specification development, configuration design, and testing.
- Strong documentation skills, including user stories, process flows, wireframes, and user guides.
- Experience managing product backlogs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
