Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS systems.
  • Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software.
  • Support end users in person, remotely, and via phone or ticketing systems.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on system upgrades, rollouts, and special projects.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support requests and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow IT policies, procedures, and best practices for security and compliance.
 
Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with imaging, deployment tools, and endpoint management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred:

 

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and service desk operations.
