Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS systems.
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software.
- Support end users in person, remotely, and via phone or ticketing systems.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on system upgrades, rollouts, and special projects.
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow IT policies, procedures, and best practices for security and compliance.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
- Familiarity with imaging, deployment tools, and endpoint management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and service desk operations.
