Job Title:  Lead Senior Associate | Engineering Foundry & Managed Services | Hyderabad | Engineering as a Servic

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ engineering plus a minimum of 8 years of related experience or Master’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related experience or waiver based on experience.  
• Design and Implement test automation scripts for both frontend and backend microservices.
• Perform manual or black box/usability testing
• Build end to end test plans and execute them
• Drives the proliferation of continues integration testing.
• Collaborates with peers to define and evolve software qualification processes (including test creation, traceability, automated DHF artifact creation, i.e., verification structure report)
• Supports Software development team in evaluation and investigation, of software defects.
• Provides level of effort for assigned software testing activities; tracks personal estimates over time to improve accuracy
• Follows project and corporate software plans, standards, and procedures to perform software testing and test automation. This includes participating in requirements review, automation framework design, test case reviews, and team meetings.
• Manage and mentor an offshore team of test automation engineers, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and fostering career development. 
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good oral and written communication skills with excellent collaborations skills.
• Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days a week and work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members.

Technical Expertise

Experience in implementing tools strategy, test automation frameworks like Playwright etc. and reusable components across multiple platforms or technologies

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies 
• Experience in effectively using tools like Copado, Flosum etc.
• Proven experience to perform end to end testing of Salesforce and full stack java spring boot platforms
• Proven experience of testing custom microservices built and deployed on public cloud like AWS
• Experienced in Continuous Integration with Jenkins, Bamboo or similar
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of test automation engineers 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Domestic and international implementation experience.
