Lead Senior Associate | Engineering, AI & Data – Engineering | Salesforce SOX Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

You will be responsible for tracking and ensuring Salesforce changes, user accesses are SOX compliant, Perform periodic user access and permission audits. You will join the Retail and Commerce Systems team and collaborate with our Sales, Service, Finance and Data Engineering teams to implement the SOX requirements, Partner with Partner with Internal Audit, IT Security, and Compliance teams to conduct quarterly, Annual SOX audits, evidence collection and remediation of gaps

The ideal candidate has a background in Salesforce Admin activities, Change management, user access management, incident management and strong understanding of SOX ITGC controls

Your work profile

• Good knowledge on user profile, roles, permission sets and sharing rules
• Strong knowledge on Back up and Restoration tools, preferably on Own Data
• Extensive knowledge on SOQL queries, generating reports, dashboards and metrics
• Ability to troubleshoot API errors, connected apps, and thirdparty integrations
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, as the Force.com
• Experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls.
• Solid understanding of environment management, release management and deployment methodologies preferably Git and Copado

Key skills required: 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related technical field is required or Master’s degree is required.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce application as Admin for medium to large enterprises with globally distributed opertaions
• 6+ years of Salesforce Admin experience on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of SOX controls, ITGC, and Audit process. 
• Good oral and written communication skills with excellent collaborations skills.
• Must be able to work on-site and work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Manufacturing company experience is plus
• Prior hands-on SOX activities experience is plus
• Salesforce certified Administrator ADM-201
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator ADM -211 is plus
