Your work profile
As a Lead Senior Associate in our Engineering AI & Data Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention of exceeding client expectations.
Role Description: Senior Salesforce Developer – Service
· Design, build, and ship well-tested features while setting high standards for code quality and maintainability
· Develop advanced Apex (triggers, classes, queueable, schedulable) for Work Orders, Service Appointments, Assets, and FSL entities.
· Build enterprise grade LWCs for dispatcher console extensions, technician mobile UI, and service timeline components.
· mplement robust integrations with CTI, IVR, scheduling engines, inventory/ERP using REST/SOAP and Platform Events.
· Customize and extend FSL Core: Service Resources, Territories, Skills, Shifts, Work Types, and Maintenance Plans.
· Engineer custom scheduling and optimization logic (travel time, capacity models, load balancing) using FSL APIs.
· Implement Omni Channel routing, presence, case/work order assignment rules with Apex/LWC support.
· Troubleshoot complex scheduling, mobile sync, routing, and dispatch failures across multi system integrations.
· Optimize Apex, SOQL, and async processing for large case, work order, and appointment volumes.
· Create reusable Apex frameworks, utility classes, LWC helpers, and test data factories.
· Deliver high-quality unit/integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines for FSL-focused releases.
· Leverage Agentforce Vibes, Salesforce Copilot and other AI-assisted coding to accelerate delivery and code quality.
· Create design docs including data models, sequence diagrams, and integration specs.
As a prospective candidate, you should possess:
· Hands‑on experience with SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs, including API design, development, and management.
· Hands on experience with Apex, Lightning (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
· Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Service Cloud, Salesforce FSL including its architecture, capabilities and constraints.
· Good understanding of DevOps practices and tools such as Copado and Jenkins, including designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
· Experience in building scalable data models, security models, and complex technical solutions for Sales and Sales Operation.
· Experience with middleware products for integration
· Experience in Agentforce, Copilot, AI‑powered development practices, prompt engineering standards, and smart coding accelerators to enhance team productivity and technical design quality.
· Experience working in Scrum/Agile based development environment
· Self-driven and ability to handle handles ambiguity and escalations.
· Excellent Stakeholder communication (Written/verbal). Ability to translate business outcomes into technical direction, set expectations and tradeoffs clearly
Desired qualifications
· Bachelor’s in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
· Proficiency in modern JavaScript beyond basic LWC usage
· Salesforce PD1 certification
