Your work profile  

Role Description: Sr. TMS Analyst 

• Provide SAP functional and design support, offering guidance for key projects.  
• Work extensively with SAP Transportation Management Systems for inbound and outbound operations, including planning, optimization, execution, freight cost calculation, and settlement, along with integration with third-party logistics systems.  
• Handle SAP TMS configurations and manage end-to-end business processes.  
• Analyze requirements and convert functional requirements into technical objects, including writing functional specifications based on solution design and process mapping.  
• Support integrations with SAP EWM, MM, SD, and Finance, along with Vendor EDI, 3PL partners, mobile scanners setup, and Zebra printer connectivity to SAP.  
• Assist technical teams with test data and actively participate in Integration and UAT testing activities, while also working on project-specific requests alongside system support.  
• Provide system support including TMS support, SMQ2 error handling, resolving document flow inconsistencies, troubleshooting RF handheld devices, and addressing Zebra/mobile printer issues, along with managing Fiori Tiles based on business requirements. 

As a prospective candidate, you should possess: 

• Strong SAP functional and design experience with the ability to support and guide key projects.  
• Extensive experience in SAP Transportation Management Systems covering inbound and outbound logistics processes.  
• Good knowledge of SAP TMS configurations and comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes.  
• Experience with BN4L, GTT, Interface SPROXY, and BOPF.  
• Practical experience in integration with SAP EWM, MM, SD, Finance, and familiarity with EWM, EDI, and warehouse receiving processes.  
• Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical objects, and prepare functional specifications aligned with solution design and process mapping.  
• Experience in system support activities including troubleshooting, error handling (SMQ2), RF device support, and managing integrations with external systems like 3PL and EDI vendors. 

Desired qualifications 

• Bachelor's in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. 
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in S/4 HANA Transportation Management, Logistics Business Network, and Global Trade Services.  
• At least three full lifecycle SAP implementation experiences in the TMS area.  
• Candidate must be well organized and capable of managing numerous priorities in parallel. 
• Business Experience: 7-9 Years of experience.
