Role Description: Sr Full Stack Engineer - GTM 

  

  • Design and implement rich UI interfaces and performant APIs for enterprise applications across mobile, web, and direct API integrations, ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and observability.  
  • Own end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of new features.  
  • Write production-ready, testable code for backend services, frontend applications, and CI/CD pipelines.  
  • Define solution designs that balance architectural best practices with security, scalability, reliability, and performance.  
  • Investigate and analyze failures, propose design improvements, and drive operational excellence.  
  • Ensure all development artifacts comply with security and regulatory standards.  
  • Embed software reliability engineering principles into day-to-day development practices.  
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas to the technology roadmap.  
  • Use Gen AI coding techniques and AI-based workflows to navigate existing codebases and accelerate development.  
  • Collaborate effectively with US-based teams across time zones to deliver aligned and high-quality outcomes.  
  • Perform thorough code reviews, providing high-quality and actionable feedback.  
  • Collaborate with and mentor team members, sharing expertise to support growth and alignment with best practices, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.  
  • Prioritize and size tasks for incremental delivery and communicate blockers and risks proactively. 

 

As a prospective candidate, you should possess: 

 

  • Proven track record of architecting and building highly maintainable, extensible, and testable distributed systems.  
  • Strong experience with modern frontend and backend frameworks, including Node.js/Next.js with TypeScript and React (or Angular/Vue), to build responsive UIs and integrate with REST APIs.  
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing microservices and APIs using Java/Spring Boot, along with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).  
  • Strong background in developing cloud-native applications on AWS using services such as EC2, Lambda, EKS, and RDS.  
  • Demonstrated ability to design low-latency, high-throughput systems that scale reliably under heavy load using circuit breakers, rate limiting, and caching strategies.  
  • Experience with tools and platforms such as Jenkins/CloudBees, GitLab, Apigee, Istio, Kubernetes, and Rancher.  
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript design patterns and experience building scalable backend services with Java and Spring Boot.  
  • Proficiency with version control systems and collaborative workflows including Git branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.  
  • Ability to analyze the bigger picture and prioritize effectively while considering multiple domains within an analysis.  
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles, including continuous integration, deployment automation, and rapid feedback loops.  
  • Technically proficient in defining and fulfilling solution requirements for end users.  
  • Preferred skill in securing applications and containers using certificates.  
  • Experience working in collaborative, high-performing engineering teams and contributing to shared development goals.  
  • Experience working across time zones while maintaining communication, alignment, and delivery quality.

  • Bachelor's in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. 
  • Master’s degree or equivalent work experience  
  • Business Experience: 7-9 Years of experience.
