Your work profile  

Role Description: Sr. EWM Resource 

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM full-cycle implementations including blueprint, realization, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.  
• Analyse business requirements and write functional specifications based on solution design and process mapping.  
• Perform advanced SAP EWM configuration across key areas including warehouse structure, inbound, internal, and outbound processes.  
• Configure and manage inbound processes such as ASNs, GR, deconsolidation, and  
• Putaway strategies.  
• Configure and manage outbound processes including wave management, picking strategies, packing, staging, and loading.  
• Implement next-generation JIT/JIS, cross-docking, yard management, VAS, physical inventory, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.  
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, FI, QM, PP, TMS), SAP MFS, and external systems (WMS, 3PLs, carriers) via IDocs, RFC, and APIs.  
• Collaborate with ABAP teams on RICEFW objects and assist in unit testing.  
• Provide Level 3 production support including troubleshooting, Warehouse Monitor optimization, and root-cause analysis. 

As a prospective candidate, you should possess: 

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM Logistics with the ability to deliver full-cycle implementations.  
• In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities including warehouse structure, inbound, internal, and outbound processes, RF framework, stock movements, VAS, packaging specifications, and physical inventory.  
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA embedded landscape with familiarity in MM, EWM, and TM.  
• Proven expertise in integrating EWM and TM with SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and external systems (WMS, TMS, carrier portals).  
• Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into functional specifications aligned with solution design and process mapping.  
• Experience collaborating with ABAP teams on RICEFW objects and supporting testing phases.  
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve system and process-related issues efficiently. 

Desired qualifications 

• Bachelor's in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. 
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM Logistics.  
• At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation experiences in the EWM area. 
• Business Experience: 7-9 Years of experience.
