Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of relevant experience in business analysis, requirements management, and SuccessFactors Talent, with hands-on involvement in multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations. This role requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all development activities, including development, unit testing, and deployment for SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Document current and future (To-be) business processes and assist in developing strategies and solutions to meet business needs.
  • Establish and clearly document requirements, develop use cases, and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and refine preliminary designs and mockups for new functionalities; develop flowcharts, functional diagrams, and detailed descriptions to communicate application design specifications.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, configuration design, configuration, and testing for SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, etc.).
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, feature descriptions, process flows, analysis models, journey maps, wireframes, and user guides.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Shadow customers to gain an understanding of HR and Payroll Processes to support these teams effectively


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR or a related field.
  • 6–7 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • At least two full life-cycle SAP SuccessFactors integration implementations.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation and Learning.
  • Proficiency in business process re-engineering, requirements gathering, functional specification development, configuration design, and testing.
  • Strong documentation skills, including user stories, process flows, wireframes, and user guides.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
