Your work profile  

Role Description: Salesforce SOX Analyst  

• Ensure Salesforce environment is compliant with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations.  
• Track and monitor Salesforce changes and user access to maintain SOX compliance.  
• Perform periodic user access reviews, audits, and permission validation.  
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering teams to implement SOX requirements.  
• Partner with Internal Audit, IT Security, and Compliance teams for quarterly and annual SOX audits.  
• Handle audit evidence collection and remediation of identified gaps.  
• Support change management, incident management, and access governance processes.  
• Maintain system integrity, security, and compliance across Salesforce environments. 

As a prospective candidate, you should possess: 

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator, especially in enterprise environments.  
• Deep understanding of SOX controls, IT General Controls (ITGC), and audit processes.  
• Expertise in user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.  
• Knowledge of SOQL, reporting, dashboards, and metrics generation.  
• Experience troubleshooting APIs, connected apps, and third-party integrations.  
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, security controls).  
• Understanding of backup and restoration tools (preferably OwnBackup or similar).  
• Knowledge of release and environment management tools (Git, Copado).  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams. 

Desired qualifications 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
• 6+ years of Salesforce Admin experience (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud).  
• Experience managing Salesforce for medium to large global enterprises.  
• At least 1–2 implementations of medium to large-scale Salesforce projects.  
• Experience with SOX compliance activities and audit processes (preferred).  
• Exposure to manufacturing industry (preferred).  
• Salesforce certifications:  
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) – required 
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) – preferred

• Responsible for maintaining SOX compliance within Salesforce environments.  
• Act as a bridge between business teams, IT security, and audit/compliance teams.  
• Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient Salesforce operations.  
• Support audit readiness, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives in Salesforce systems.
