Key Responsibilities

Resource Planning & Allocation

  • Support resource allocation activities across projects, programs, and business units.
  • Coordinate with business and delivery stakeholders to understand staffing requirements.
  • Assist in forecasting resource demand and supply based on project pipelines and business priorities.
  • Track resource availability and identify potential staffing gaps.
  • Work closely with recruitment and talent teams to support hiring and onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate allocation records and resource management systems.

Capacity & Workforce Management

  • Monitor workforce capacity, utilization, bench management, and availability metrics.
  • Support short-term and long-term workforce planning activities.
  • Analyze resource trends and provide recommendations to improve utilization and deployment effectiveness.
  • Assist in tracking project staffing needs and employee movement across engagements.
  • Ensure timely reporting of workforce and resource management metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with project managers, delivery leads, and business stakeholders to coordinate resource requests.
  • Facilitate discussions related to staffing needs and resource availability.
  • Support resolution of allocation conflicts by working with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to support workforce initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on utilization, capacity, resource availability, and staffing gaps.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Maintain resource management databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support leadership reviews by providing workforce insights and recommendations.

Process & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with resource management policies and workforce planning processes.
  • Participate in resource review meetings and governance forums.
  • Support implementation of process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain documentation and standardized operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Operations, Project Coordination, or related functions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Understanding of resource allocation, workforce planning, capacity management, and utilization tracking.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using workforce management and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
